MODEL UNITED NATIONS
What is Model United Nations?
Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations, where High Schoolers from around the world meet in one room to debate different issues facing the world today. Delegates take on the role of representing different countries and their countries' views on a specific issue. Prior to conferences, delegates research global issues, their country's position, and solutions to develop resolutions.
Through conferences, students learn how to speak professionally, be confident, and collaborate with others. Model United Nations is a great way to build public speaking, leadership, diplomacy, and collaboration skills while learning more about current global issues. Model United Nations is a great way to build key skills for your career development!
